Sonakshi Sinha weight loss campaign began with a combination of weight training, cardio and spinning exercises along with squats and abdominal crunches. "The initial days were very difficult. My body aches so much so that I would have difficulty waking up in the morning," says Sonakshi.
But the rock-solid determination to say 'Khamosh!' (Daddy style) her detractors and all those who commented on her chubbiness led her to continue her mission. She developed about two hours twice a day, and, behold, one month she found that she really had lost 3-4 pounds. It was a great boost to her confidence and all of a sudden, lose weight, proved to be an exciting challenge.
